ERIKA MORRI
Founder “Wo*men’s rugby land of freedom”
2 World Cups, 7 European championships, 12 years in the Italian National Rugby team on 21 played, while studying and working. These years were my “gym” where I learnt the importance of motivation, mediation and having professional and cultural knowledge. For 5 years, until March 2021, I was part of the Federal Council of the Italian Rugby Federation, for which I created and lead National and International Marketing projects mainly linked to women’s rugby and to the vision of rugby not just as a sport but as a tool for healthy socialization amongst young people. In 2019 I was a member of the Women’s rugby development committee in Europe, for Rugby Europe. I firmly believe that sport is based on and teaches fundamental values and contributes to creating women and men who are free and able to build and manage their own future. I’m a corporate trainer and I use rugby and creativity in companies as a tool to strengthen teamwork.

CHIARA PETROSINO
Contracts and sponsorship legal manager
It’s not because things are difficult that we don’t dare, it’s because we don’t dare that they’re difficult (speech: Lucio Anneo Seneca).
I was born in a family where you breathe and you always live air of SPORT; from the two wheels to the ball, whether you see a basket or a net.
I decided to start my legal career, graduating first in 2004 at the University of Studies “La Sapienza” with the chair of Prof. Coppi, with thesis on: “The penal repression of the use of substances prohibited in sports practice”; to continue with the forensic practice at the Roman law firm Medugno, Persichelli. Sport, however, does not abandon me and during 2006 I decided to enter the world of the oval ball, entering from that date in the Italian Rugby Federation, as a legal counsel with a particular focus on commercial contracts, branding & licensing. I specialize in the last decade also attending high management training courses at the School of Sport of CONI.

Simone Orlando
Marketing Consultant
Hi, I’m Simone and I can describe myself as stubborn, sometimes too self-confident and a little fussy … but I also have flaws! Other than that, I’m addicted to any sport, ambitious to the core and a pragmatic dreamer.
I’m in Wo * men’s because I firmly believe in the people who work there and in the project, I’m here because I strongly believe in teamwork and I would like to make a difference.
BENEDETTA BORSANI
Press
Always looking for new adventures I was born as a journalist – professional since 2015 – and in time photographer, reporter, videomaker with a passion for sports, especially the so-called minor ones. Very curious, I like to call myself a “news hunter” hungry for stories to tell.

Co-founder “Wo*men’s rugby land of freedom”
In my younger days I played rugby in the Land of the Jaguar: Argentina. Where I learned the secrets that Argentinians used to develop people and to establish themselves as a Top Ten Nations. Over the past years, I moved to Brazil to grow the game and encourage women and men to stay in rugby. I coached teams at all the levels: seniors, young and grassroots. Because,I believe that men, along with women, should be engaged in achieving equality and in advancing the rights, health and social inclusion across the globe. Now, I am a member of the Girls Rugby Club Advisory Board and also a worker committed to encourage coaches and players to build a strong sense of self-esteem, leadership and opportunities for All.
