SPORT AND EMPLOYMENT

Employability represents the ability not only to get a new job and keep it, but also to be able to change roles within the same organization or others.
SPORT is team sport overall, where the match is planned down to the smallest detail but the “reading of the game” and how the opponents play is the real key to interpreting a game which is an alchemy in a complex system of people between order, responsibility, team work and “flashes of initiative”.
Being adaptable, responsible, having confidence in oneself and in teamwork, the ability to reach a goal under stress, in a complex ever-changing world are fundamental characteristics for the world of work.
In “WO*MEN’s SPORT LAND OF FREEDOM” we want to experiment and testify to the close link between the values and mentality taught in the game and the company, creating a close relationship between junior and senior players – recruitment agencies and businesses.

SPORT&FUTURE ACADEMY: ETHICAL DECENTRALIZATION

The pandemic made us think about our real resources, and how globalized our world truly is.
It also stressed the difference between people with plenty of human resources, but little know-how, and vice versa.
We want to build an experimental academy in Kenya (or another place that still has to be defined), to support young, vulnerable people, using sports to “structure” their character, combining it with the know-how of companies who would like to decentralize their production, to teach them jobs that are useful to their local communities.

Sport means organizing and re-organizing.
It means synergy.
It means trusting yourself and the other.
It means supporting your mates, the one who’s carrying the ball.
It means strategy. It means tactics. It means effort, responsability, decision.

BY TRAINING A WORK MENTALITY, WE SOW THE SEED TO THE FUTURE
